Walk & Talk Therapy

Therapy doesn't have to happen behind a desk. Walk & Talk sessions take place outdoors, moving side by side at a comfortable pace — a format that naturally reduces anxiety, eases self-consciousness, and often opens up conversation in ways a traditional office setting can't. Sessions follow the same clinical structure as in-office visits, just with fresh air and movement built in.

Who this is for: Adults and adolescents who find movement grounding, feel stiff or guarded in traditional therapy settings, or simply want a less clinical experience.
